Smoke billowing out of the toaster means that the toast is burnt! If you are like me, then that just irritates you. Now your toast is burnt and you have to make a new slice of toast!
Just think about this situation for a moment. The smoke billowing out of the toaster can be viewed as a problem but there is more to it than just a damaged piece of toast! It means that the toast is just about to catch on fire, if it catches on fire it could cause a bigger fire in the kitchen which could even burn down the house! So even though it is not what we were going for, the smoke pouring out of the toaster is actually our friend, it is a warning of something worse is about to happen! Many times a so-called bad thing happens only to find out later that it was actually a ‘good’ thing that had happened.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

God has promised that He will be there for those that love Him, that even things which seem to be bad will end up working out for the good. Look at the extremely ‘bad’ thing of Jesus being murdered, he was tortured and crucified but look at how much good has come from that bad deed. Millions of souls have been saved and will be saved due to this event, we would have been eternally lost had he not do that.
Look for the good, look for the silver lining in the dark cloud, not everything that seems to be bad is actually bad.

Once again, we do not intend to ‘run’ your life for you. The choices are yours to make, but you need to know all of the facts to make a good decision. Do not just accept what has been written, read the scriptures for yourselves and see what God has said.
